Deutsch Motors disclosed Monday that its second-quarter consolidated operating profit fell 5.99 percent from a year earlier to 12.91 billion won ($8.78 million).

Revenue for the same period rose 8.56 percent to 710.94 billion won.

Net profit for the period came to 2.98 billion won, up 4.26 percent, in a preliminary tally.
