A woman in her 30s died after her motorcycle collided with a passenger car in Incheon.

The crash occurred around 9:46 a.m. Tuesday on a road in Jakjeon-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, when a motorcycle and a BMW sedan collided.

The motorcyclist, identified only as a woman in her 30s, sustained critical injuries and was rushed to a hospital, where she died. She was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

Police believe the accident occurred when the BMW driver, a woman in her 40s identified only as B, changed lanes.

Neither driver was found to have been under the influence of alcohol or driving without a license.

Police plan to question B further to determine the exact circumstances of the crash.
