A man has been arrested after allegedly pulling a weapon on a driver who honked at him during a parking dispute in Seoul.
According to Seoul Seongdong Police Station, a man in his 50s, identified only as A, was arrested at the scene Monday after allegedly brandishing a weapon at a man in his 40s in a residential area of Seongdong-gu around 6:30 p.m.
During police questioning, A said he became angry after the victim honked at him. He then allegedly pulled the weapon from his pocket and attacked the victim.
The victim sustained injuries to the neck and is receiving hospital treatment. His condition is not life-threatening, police said.
Police plan to seek an arrest warrant against A on charges including attempted murder.
