Seoul's Seocho-gu will hold the "2026 Seocho Women's JOB FESTA" on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the main auditorium and first-floor lobby of the Seocho District Office, aiming to support women's employment and career development in the AI era.
Held under the theme "AI & Women: Adding Career to Technology," the job festa features a diverse lineup of programs designed to help women respond proactively to rapid changes driven by artificial intelligence and explore new professional opportunities.
The event opens with a pre-show performance by four-member mixed band Odd Music, followed at 11 a.m. by a 60-minute keynote lecture from Song Gil-young, a big data expert and bestselling author of the "Era Forecast" series. Song will speak on "Era Forecast: The Birth of Lightweight Civilization," examining how women's employment is shifting in the AI age, what competencies will be needed and how to prepare for the future.
A "Job Showcase" booth will introduce promising AI-driven careers, spotlighting roles such as AI digital marketer, AI content and short-form creator, and AI art artist, giving attendees a closer look at what future work could look like.
Job counseling booths will offer one-on-one consultations on employment direction, career planning and job-search preparation. Startup and sales booths will also be open, featuring items including natural cosmetics, aromatherapy products, natural mosquito repellents and moss terrariums.
Hands-on AI experience programs will also be available, including AI image sticker creation, AI health analysis, AI tarot readings and an AI robot photographer, letting participants engage with artificial intelligence technology in an accessible and entertaining way.

Seocho-gu District Mayor Jeon Seong-su said he hopes the job festa will help women understand the shifting employment landscape of the AI era and discover new opportunities for growth.
