Hosan University and Daegu Health College jointly held an "AI Job-Skills Leaders Camp" at Sonocamp Geoje from June 29 to July 1 as part of the 2026 Daegu-North Gyeongsang Province Junior College Innovation Support Project, aimed at strengthening inter-university cooperation.

The three-day camp was designed to cultivate future talent capable of navigating the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape in the workplace.

All 30 student participants successfully completed the curriculum and earned a private certification in generative AI job application skills. The camp brought together 30 students and seven faculty and staff members from both universities, going beyond classroom theory to focus on practical, on-the-job AI applications.

The program included team-building workshops on collaboration and communication, an AI job-skills certification course covering prompt engineering, image and video creation, and automated AI report generation, as well as a written certification exam.

Students worked on projects analyzing real regional challenges — including rapid population aging in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province and emergency medical care gaps in underserved areas — using AI technology to develop practical solutions.

Every student passed the written certification exam, demonstrating that the camp delivered tangible results in strengthening digital competency.
