Comedian Rosie O'Donnell, who has feuded with Donald Trump for decades, hit back after the president posted an AI deepfake video depicting her as a patient suffering from "Trump Derangement Syndrome," saying he is "obsessed" with her.

Appearing on CNN on Friday, O'Donnell referenced the video Trump shared on his Truth Social account and quipped that she was "in good company," according to The Hill.

In the video, posted July 2, Trump portrays himself as a doctor treating so-called TDS. O'Donnell, Robert De Niro, Julia Roberts and Whoopi Goldberg — all prominent figures who have publicly criticized Trump — appear as patients afflicted with the condition.

The celebrities are shown in scenes of anxiety and rage. De Niro's character is depicted saying he cannot eat or sleep and is constantly angry.

At the end of the video, Trump tells viewers to "turn off the fake news and pray," adding that drinking Diet Coke — as he does — will change their lives when they feel anxious.

This is not the first time O'Donnell has appeared in Trump's AI-generated content. Last month, Trump posted an image on Truth Social mocking her, captioned "She's obsessed," depicting O'Donnell's mind as consumed entirely by thoughts of Trump.

On Friday, O'Donnell also took aim at Trump, calling him "an ordinary man with a terrible reputation" and describing his election as "the worst event in American history."

The two have traded barbs for years, long before Trump entered the White House.

O'Donnell kept up her outspoken criticism throughout Trump's first term, while Trump responded by calling her a "pig" and a "loser."

O'Donnell moved to Ireland in January last year, just before Trump began his second term, and is currently in the process of obtaining Irish citizenship. She has said she does not regret her decision to leave the United States.
