bhc, the chicken brand under Dining Brands Group, opened its ninth US location Monday, the company announced.

The new Arlington store sits in the Ballston area of Arlington County, Virginia — a key residential and commercial district home to major government offices, including the Pentagon. The store spans 169 square meters (about 51 pyeong; 1 pyeong equals 3.3 square meters) and seats 32 guests across 15 tables.

The menu is tailored to American tastes, centering on wing and tender combo meals alongside sides such as cheese balls and french fries. Locally inspired items including a crispy bun sandwich are also available. Reflecting American dipping culture, the store offers eight dipping sauces.

For consumers with a growing interest in K-food, the menu also includes Korean dishes such as tteokbokki and kimchi fried rice. A sharing-style platter combining chicken, cheese balls, tteokbokki and drinks has been added to cater to group dining.

"The Arlington store is located in a commercial area with strong demand from office workers and families, so we expect to connect with a wide range of local customers," said Brian Shin, head of bhc's US operations.

Meanwhile, bhc operates 48 stores across eight countries, including the United States, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore and Canada.
