EJM Company said it introduced its AI-based integrated management solution for redevelopment and reconstruction projects at the "Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Outstanding Technology Client Briefing" hosted by Daejeon Urban Corporation.
Daejeon Urban Corporation held the event June 22 in partnership with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Korea Agency for Infrastructure Technology Advancement to explore cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises holding advanced technologies and to discuss the potential adoption of new innovations. The event featured a range of emerging construction technologies, including the AI-based integrated redevelopment and reconstruction management solution and a digital twin-based site management solution.
EJM Company participated as a recognized technology firm in the field of digital cooperative management for urban renewal projects. The company operates Uriga, an electronic administration platform for urban renewal projects that supports key administrative procedures — including electronic consent forms, electronic voting and online general assemblies — on a mobile basis.
Redevelopment and reconstruction projects require complex administrative procedures, including the formation of cooperatives and promotion committees, consent processes and general assembly operations. The company said its electronic administration system digitizes these procedures to improve administrative efficiency and reduce the workload on cooperatives and project stakeholders.
EJM Company has supplied electronic systems for urban renewal projects since 2021 and holds 15 technology patents and regulatory sandbox approvals related to electronic consent forms, electronic voting and online general assemblies. Its flagship service, Uriga, is an integrated platform supporting the entire project lifecycle — from cooperative formation and operations to decision-making and accounting management. The company said it has also advanced its AI administrative automation, contribution cost forecasting and legal interpretation algorithms using data accumulated from processing more than 300,000 electronic consent forms, and has applied these capabilities to the AI integrated management solution unveiled at the event.
Interest in digital administration tools such as electronic consent and voting has grown in line with recent changes to the urban renewal project regime, and the public sector has been expanding its use of related technologies.
The company carried out a pilot project for the Seoul Metropolitan Government's electronic signature consent program and has supplied related systems to Suwon Urban Corporation and the Korea Real Estate Board. It has also been selected for LH's cooperative startup and venture support program, continuing to broaden its collaboration with public institutions. The company plans to further expand its public-sector partnerships following its participation in the briefing.
EJM Company is extending its services to include a cooperative operations management system, budget and accounting management, unit type and preference surveys, and relocation management. It is also pursuing cooperation in the accounting management field linked to the HUG Future City Fund.
