GS Shop announced Thursday the launch of xhub+, an integrated portal that brings together its digital and AI work tools in a single platform.
xhub+ consolidates roughly 30 digital tools and AI agents that GS Shop has developed over the past decade as part of its digital transformation (DX) and AI transformation (AX) initiatives, which the company began pursuing in 2016. As the number of work systems grew, employees found it increasingly difficult to locate and use the tools they needed — a problem xhub+ is designed to solve.
One of the portal's core features is "xhub+ Assistant," an AI agent that recommends relevant tools and explains how to use them when a user types a request in natural language. The portal also includes task-specific AI agents: Rev:stick, a review analysis agent that examines customer product reviews to support product planning and improvement, and MDpedia, an agent that supports merchandiser workflows such as new vendor onboarding and product approval.
GS Shop also introduced "AI Insight," a system designed to ensure that AI-driven results in home shopping video content are accumulated rather than scattered. Home shopping staff can reuse verified AI outputs and work tools to reduce duplicated effort, and convert individual AI experience into shared organizational knowledge.
GS Shop said it plans to continue refining its AI agents and digital tools around core business functions, and to develop xhub+ into a frontline-centered AX platform that spreads AI-driven work practices across the organization.
