Hyundai E&C on Wednesday unveiled a new welcome kit for customers moving into its Hillstate residential complexes.

According to the company, the kit was developed in collaboration with global tumbler brand Thermos and design fabric brand Kitty Bunny Pony (KBP), and consists of three items: a lightweight tumbler, a pouch and a key ring.

Marking the Year of the Horse, the kit incorporates Kitty Bunny Pony's signature "Happy Pony" pattern blended with Hillstate's brand colors to enhance its visual appeal. It also draws on Thermos's technology — backed by more than a century of vacuum flask development expertise and rigorous quality control — to ensure user satisfaction.

The welcome kit will be distributed starting with a pre-move-in inspection event at Hillstate Mediale, and will reach customers at six Hillstate complexes scheduled for move-in in the second half of the year, including two built by Hyundai Engineering. A limited quantity will also be available for purchase through the My Hills application store.

"Together with Hillstate's 20th-anniversary rebranding, Hyundai E&C will continue collaborating with trend-leading brands going forward," a company official said. "We will do our utmost to develop new products and residential services that reflect customer needs, offering a differentiated everyday lifestyle and a new residential culture."

Meanwhile, Hyundai E&C carried out a brand renewal to mark the 20th anniversary of the Hillstate launch. As part of the initiative, the company is expanding its "H Culture Club" — previously available only at its high-end brand The H — to Hillstate complexes as well.
