Lotteria signed an MOU with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on Monday to promote safer traffic culture for children.

Under the agreement, Lotteria will produce yellow cards bearing the slogan "Please stop — a child is crossing" and distribute them to 31,000 lower-grade elementary school students. The cards are reflective safety items designed to improve pedestrians' visibility. Attached to school bags, they help drivers spot children more easily.

Lotteria will also promote child traffic safety messages through in-store kiosks, the Lotte Eats app and Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency digital signboards, as part of the agency's "Seoul Traffic Re-Design" project. As part of the public-private initiative, the company plans to visit elementary schools across Seoul and run traffic safety campaigns for students commuting to and from school.
