Latest 'Retail Next' concept applied to new facility
Center handles routine maintenance and accident repair intake
Minor services completed within two hours
Kolon Motors, an authorized dealer of BMW Group Korea, announced Monday that it has relocated and expanded its BMW and MINI Bundang Service Center, opening the upgraded facility to customers.
Located in Seokhyeon-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, the new center is a large-scale expansion and relocation of the previous Bundang service center, with a total floor area of 2,498 square meters.
The facility spans one below-ground floor and one above-ground floor, housing reception areas, maintenance bays and customer waiting spaces. BMW Group's latest spatial concept, "Retail Next," was applied throughout to create a more comfortable customer environment.
The center offers routine maintenance as well as consultation and intake for accident repairs. A fast-lane service completes minor maintenance within two hours, and a pickup and delivery option is available for customers who cannot visit in person.
Situated in central Seongnam, the center is easily accessible from across the city, including Bundang and Pangyo, and sits about a 10-minute drive from the Pangyo interchange on the Gyeongbu Expressway, making it convenient for customers throughout the southern metropolitan area.
Kolon Motors also opened a new BMW and MINI service center in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, on June 12, as part of a broader push to expand its service center network and increase customer touchpoints.
