Lotte GRS held a ceremony Wednesday at its 79 SQUARE office in Samjeon-dong, Seoul, to declare its commitment to consumer-centered management (CCM) and appoint a chief customer officer.
CCM is a government certification system administered by the Commission for Corporate Partnership that evaluates and certifies whether companies organize all their activities from the consumer's perspective and continuously improve related management practices. Lotte GRS plans to apply for certification review before the end of the year.
"We declare consumer-centered management to place customer satisfaction at the core and as the top priority of our operations — to reshape all management activities from the customer's perspective and build a sustainable future in which we grow together with our customers," said Lee Won-taek, chief executive of Lotte GRS.
