'Retail Next' concept applied
24-hour vehicle drop-off available
Kolon Motors, an official BMW Group Korea dealer, announced Thursday the opening of a new BMW and MINI service center in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province.
The BMW and MINI Siheung Service Center occupies a three-story building with a total floor area of 1,939 square meters. The interior incorporates BMW Group's latest spatial concept, "Retail Next."
The center operates as an integrated service hub for both BMW and MINI vehicles. Equipped with state-of-the-art body and paint facilities, it offers services ranging from collision repair to heavy maintenance, along with a pickup and delivery option.
The center also features a fast-lane service that handles routine consumable replacements and light maintenance within two hours, as well as a 24-hour vehicle drop-off system.
The facility sits close to major road networks including the Seoul Metropolitan Beltway and the Second Gyeongin Expressway, making it easily accessible to customers in Siheung and neighboring areas such as Gwangmyeong and Ansan across the southwestern Gyeonggi region.
BMW Group is a premium automotive and motorcycle manufacturer with four brands — BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorrad — and also provides premium financial services. The group operates more than 30 production sites worldwide and maintains a sales network spanning over 140 countries.
