N32 Motion Bed makes debut on SSG.com livestream as brand expands online sales channels beyond department store pop-ups

Simmons' mattress brand N32 has made its live commerce debut, offering its electric adjustable bed, the N32 Motion Bed, through an online livestream for the first time. The move extends the brand's sales reach beyond its offline presence, which has centered on department store pop-up stores.

N32 said Thursday it sold products through SSG.LIVE, the live commerce channel of SSG.com, for one hour starting at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

The broadcast featured the N32 Motion Bed alongside several online-exclusive products, including the N32 Foam Special Mattress, the N32 Regular Topper and a pet mattress called the N32 Jjokkomi.

N32 is a vegan mattress brand Simmons launched to reflect its ESG management principles. The brand has recently expanded into a broader lifestyle label under the slogan "Sleep N Recovery," covering sleep and rest overall.

This year, N32 has opened pop-up stores at Lotte Department Store's Jamsil branch, Shinsegae Department Store's main store and Hanam branch, and The Hyundai Seoul, steadily building its offline footprint. The livestream is seen as an effort to strengthen online sales channels to complement those department store pop-ups.
