Ceremony held at Gangseo-gu headquarters; both sides pledge to improve working conditions, welfare and operational recovery

Air Busan held a labor-management cooperation signing ceremony at its headquarters in Busan's Gangseo-gu on Wednesday, the airline announced Thursday.

The ceremony brought together CEO Jeong Byeong-seop, Pilots' Union Chairman Nam I-hun and other labor and management representatives. The two sides agreed on key measures to improve working conditions and employee welfare, and pledged to cooperate closely on safe operations and the company's operational recovery.

Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to building a forward-looking labor-management relationship grounded in mutual respect and trust.

"I expect this agreement to further solidify trust between labor and management, and to serve as a major driving force in fostering a healthy organizational culture — ultimately securing customer trust and embedding a culture of safety," CEO Jeong said.

"We are very pleased to have concluded this agreement, and we look forward to the labor-management relationship continuing to develop on the basis of mutual trust," union chairman Nam said.
