Hanjin is launching a regular exchange program to help e-commerce sellers and small business owners build their online sales capabilities. The program is built around practical sessions covering live commerce, branded store operations, payment and settlement, and delivery cost reduction.

Hanjin announced Wednesday that it will hold the "2026 First-Half One-Click Connect." The One-Click Connect program connects promising e-commerce sellers with domestic and international commerce partners to share market information and growth strategies. When the event was first held last year, roughly 500 e-commerce companies participated across the first and second halves of the year.

This year's first-half event will combine online and offline components. An online webinar held Wednesday kicks off the program, followed by an offline "Networking Day" on June 25. Partners joining the event include Grip, a live commerce platform; Cafe24, a global e-commerce platform; and Toss, a mobile financial platform — all digital platform partners of Hanjin.

The webinar will feature sessions on expanding sales channels and improving operational efficiency. The main sessions cover 2026 live commerce trends and sales strategies; YouTube Shopping integration and content planning; payment and settlement strategies for converting followers into customers; and delivery cost reduction measures that sellers often overlook.

The June 25 Networking Day will offer tailored offline consulting to 20 companies selected from among webinar participants. The format involves diagnosing each participating company's sales structure and logistics operations, then connecting individual sellers with the marketing, payment and delivery solutions best suited to their needs.

Hanjin also serves as an official implementing agency for logistics support and overseas expansion programs run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency, and the Korea SME Distribution Corporation. The company plans to link government support programs with its own logistics infrastructure and external platform solutions to help small business owners expand their online sales channels and enter overseas markets.

As competition in the e-commerce market intensifies, sellers increasingly need operational capabilities that go beyond simply securing sales channels — encompassing content planning, settlement management and delivery efficiency. Through this program, Hanjin aims to give sellers with growth potential one-stop access to the services they need.

"One-Click Connect is an integrated solution platform that connects promising sellers with actionable insights and our logistics infrastructure in a rapidly changing e-commerce environment," a Hanjin official said. "We will continue working through diverse partnerships to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses and drive their global expansion."
