Kyochon F&B's "Bareugo" volunteer group visited the National Museum of Korea on June 5 with students from special education classes at Seoul's Geumho Elementary School for a hands-on learning program.
Eleven Kyochon employees and franchise owners took part in the event. Volunteers accompanied the students by subway to the museum's children's wing, where the group completed exhibit exploration missions and watched digital video presentations. The day wrapped up with a dosirak lunch, followed by an outdoor walk and playground activities at Yongsan Family Park.
The Bareugo group plans to carry out a range of community initiatives this year — supporting experiential learning for children in special education classes, assembling dementia-prevention kits for elderly residents, and producing Braille and tactile learning materials for children with disabilities.
"The Bareugo volunteer group will continue to carry out genuine community-building activities for future generations and local communities," a Kyochon F&B official said.
