SK Eco Plant announced it will introduce a residents-only coffee service at "Define Artia," an apartment complex scheduled for pre-sale in the Noryangjin New Town area of Dongjak-gu, Seoul, this June.
The service will be carried out in collaboration with Haksan Co., the supplier of coffee brand Terarosa. SK Eco Plant had previously partnered with Terarosa to develop "Define Blending Beans," a proprietary coffee blend reflecting the identity of its Define brand.
According to the company, a coffee machine and a supply of Define Blending Beans will be provided for the residents' cafe inside the complex. The beans will be supplied free of charge at 10 kilograms per month for two years after the building is completed.
SK Eco Plant plans to sign an MOU with Haksan to govern the service's operation and is reviewing whether to extend the offering to other Define brand pre-sale complexes in the future.
"This collaboration will serve as an opportunity to expand the Define brand beyond a simple residential space into an integrated lifestyle and living culture brand," a company official said. "We will continue to provide residents with differentiated residential value."
Define Artia is an apartment complex to be built in the Noryangjin-dong area of Dongjak-gu, Seoul. The development will consist of two buildings with four below-ground floors and 45 above-ground floors, with a total of 404 units ranging from 59 to 109 square meters in exclusive use area. Of those, 171 units will be available for general pre-sale.
The Noryangjin New Town area, where the complex will be located, is currently undergoing redevelopment. Across eight zones in the district, roughly 9,000 housing units are being planned for supply.
The complex sits near Jangseungbaegi Station on subway Line 7, with Noryangjin Station — served by lines 1 and 9 — also within reach. Nearby education facilities include Noryangjin Elementary School, Yeonghwa Elementary School, Yeongdeungpo Middle School and Yeongdeungpo High School.
Rising to a maximum of 45 floors, the complex is expected to offer Han River and Namsan views from most upper-floor units. Community amenities will include a sky lounge and other resident conveniences under the "Club Define" program.
The Define Artia model house will be set up in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
