A man has been arrested after committing an indecent act at a PC bang while watching a woman seated in front of him.

According to JTBC's "Sageon Banjang" on Tuesday, a woman in her early 20s, identified as A, visited a PC bang with a friend on May 31. Unsettled by the suspicious behavior of a male customer sitting behind her, she propped up her phone to record him — and captured the disturbing act on video.

It was around 9 p.m. About an hour after A and her friend had settled in, a man identified as B took a seat directly behind them. He repeatedly walked around the area and kept glancing toward the two women. "Every time I turned around, I got the feeling he was quickly looking away," A said. "My friend was wearing shorts, and he seemed to keep staring at her legs."

Sensing something was wrong, A propped her phone up and began recording. The roughly 10-minute video shows B pulling his chair closer toward the two women, then turning a neighboring chair sideways to use as a screen before committing the indecent act.

A's friend left around 11:30 p.m. and, upon reviewing the footage at home, spotted the scene and immediately reported it to police.

Responding officers arrested B at the scene — he had moved to a different seat and was playing a game. Prosecutors subsequently charged him with public indecency.
