APR announced Friday that it has published its inaugural "2025 Sustainability Report," launching a full-scale effort to build an ESG (environmental, social and governance) management framework.

The report covers last year's ESG performance and management systems across all areas. APR identified key issues through a double materiality assessment that simultaneously analyzes the impact of its business activities on the environment and society, and the impact of external conditions on the company's finances.

The report was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI Standards 2021) to ensure objectivity and credibility. It also incorporates global disclosure indicators including the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standards and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

Key topics include talent management strategies — recruiting global personnel and developing employee capabilities — as well as environment-related initiatives such as eco-friendly packaging expansion, and social contributions including operating a standard workplace for people with disabilities and conducting community donations. On governance, the report details efforts to strengthen the company's compliance and ethics management framework centered on an independent compliance organization. APR obtained ISO 37001 certification, the international standard for anti-bribery management systems, in March last year.

The report is available on APR's official website. An English version is set to be released June 12.

"We will grow into a sustainable global company grounded in responsible business practices and transparent disclosure," an APR official said.
