Pedestrians walked past election campaign posters affixed to an exterior wall in central Seoul on Tuesday, one day before voting begins in the 9th nationwide simultaneous local elections. Polling will be held Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at designated polling stations based on each voter's registered residential address.
