Singer Jung Se-woon will enlist in the South Korean army on June 23.

His agency, CAM Withus, announced Sunday that Jung "will enlist in the army as an active-duty soldier on June 23 to fulfill his mandatory military service obligation."

The agency said Jung has requested a quiet enlistment, and that the location and time of his entry will not be disclosed. No event will be held on the day. "As the day of enlistment is a time shared with many other inductees and their families, we respectfully ask that fans refrain from visiting," the agency added.

The agency also said letters for Jung during his service can be sent through the same method listed on the fan cafe, and that it will ensure every letter is delivered. "We ask for your warm support so that he can faithfully complete his military service and return in good health," it said.

Jung debuted in 2017 and has consistently built his own musical identity since, establishing himself as a singer-songwriter.
