Shinsegae I&C reported third-quarter operating profit of 16.19 billion won ($12.1 million) on a consolidated basis, up 29.03 percent from a year earlier, the company disclosed Friday.

Revenue for the same period rose 8.15 percent to 176.89 billion won.

Net profit for the period came to 14.09 billion won, a preliminary figure reflecting an 11.8 percent increase.
