Hankook Tire & Technology reported consolidated operating profit of 598.82 billion won ($446 million) for the third quarter, up 2.2 percent from a year earlier, the company disclosed Friday.

Revenue for the same period rose 0.97 percent to 5.47 trillion won.

Net profit for the period fell 59.47 percent to 157.9 billion won, according to preliminary figures.
