Fadu disclosed Friday that it signed a supply contract for enterprise SSD controllers with an overseas NAND flash memory manufacturer.

The contract is valued at 20.38 billion won ($15.2 million), equivalent to 22.05 percent of the company's 2025 sales.

The agreement runs through April 24, 2027.

"Information on the counterparty will not be disclosed at the counterparty's request to protect trade secrets," the company said.
