Dongwon Development announced Friday that Munsu-ro Vista The Park will hold first-come, first-served contract sales beginning at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, allowing buyers to select their preferred building and unit number directly.

During the apartment subscription period held from Sept. 21 to Sept. 23, the 68-square-meter Type B units drew a peak competition ratio of 8 to 1.

The 68-square-meter Type A units posted a ratio of 3.68 to 1, while the 84-square-meter Type A units recorded 1.28 to 1. In a subsequent unranked post-subscription round held Monday targeting disqualified and remaining units, the 68-square-meter Type B again drew a ratio of 4 to 1.

Key pre-sale terms include a down payment of 5 percent — with the first installment set at 5 million won ($3,740), payable in installments — along with interest-free interim payments.

Buyers who opt for balcony expansion will also receive more than 20 premium-grade items at no extra charge, including ceramic kitchen countertops, an extended island dining table, a microwave-convection oven and a large square sink.

"Inquiries have been consistently coming in following the first-priority and unranked subscription rounds, buoyed by the positive development of the Munsu-ro bypass road," a sales official said. "We expect strong interest in this first-come, first-served round, as it offers buyers the chance to choose their preferred building and unit directly."

Munsu-ro Vista The Park comprises small-to-mid-sized units centered on exclusive use areas of 68 and 84 square meters, with a total supply of 700 units.

The model home is located in Daldong, Nam-gu, Ulsan.
