WWE-affiliated professional wrestler Amber Flora, 34, has been arrested on charges of driving under the influence and refusing a roadside breathalyzer test.
British outlet The Sun reported Monday (local time) that Orlando police arrested Flora in the early hours of Friday on charges of DUI and refusing to submit to a field sobriety test.
Orlando police took Flora into custody at 5:40 a.m. that day and released a mugshot shortly afterward. Court records show a judge set bail on the two charges at 1,500 pounds ($1,900). Flora paid the bail and was released after about five hours in custody.
Entertainment outlet TMZ reported that Flora made a first court appearance Saturday and was expected to return to court Monday for an additional hearing.
Born in New Jersey, Flora studied at Lowcountry Technical College in South Carolina and worked as an emergency medical technician before transitioning to professional wrestling.
Flora turned to wrestling in December 2023 and built a following on the SHINE Wrestling circuit. At the Schneider Memorial Battle for the Belts, Flora defeated Ivelisse to claim the SHINE Nova Championship.
