Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced Thursday that it will open "The H House" at the model home for The H Banpo 124, a residential complex in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, scheduled for general pre-sale in November.

The H House is a brand experience space where visitors can explore the philosophy and lifestyle of Hyundai E&C's high-end brand, The H. Going beyond a conventional exhibition space that simply conveys brand information, the space is designed so visitors can naturally take in The H's values and aesthetics through sight, sound and taste. The interior centers on The H's signature color, "pure black," creating a restrained atmosphere that evokes the feeling of walking through a gallery or art museum.

At the heart of The H House sits "The H Brand Book," a volume that distills the brand's journey toward what it calls "the finest residential living." Built around three core values — inherent rarity, independent convenience and artistic sensibility — the book covers major complexes, art, residents' daily lives and perspectives on the future of housing. Complex photographs and brand films displayed on the walls further convey The H's philosophy and aesthetics in a multidimensional way.

Bookshelves lining the space have been curated with exhibition catalogs and monographs by Korean and international artists including Park Seo-bo, Lee Bae, Yun Hyong-keun and Jean-Michel Othoniel, as well as photo books documenting the transformation of the Banpo area. Visitors can also view "The H Edition," a collection of objects that translate the brand's artistic vision into everyday items — among them a "yutnori" (a traditional Korean board game) set crafted from ebony and mother-of-pearl inlay, an ultramarine teacup, a moon jar reinterpreting Korean aesthetic sensibility, and a lotus-flower-inspired lamp.

A signature scent inspired by the complex's natural surroundings, along with exclusive teas and coffees and Bang & Olufsen audio, extend the brand experience to the senses of smell, taste and hearing. Visitors can browse books and artworks, enjoy tea and music, and naturally absorb the lifestyle The H proposes.

One section of the space also introduces "H Culture Club," Hyundai E&C's exclusive service for residents. H Culture Club is designed to carry the brand's pursuit of a "perfect experience" into everyday life after move-in, offering services spanning culture and the arts, wellness, dining, child care, education, pet care and robotics.

"The H Banpo 124 will be a new milestone for The H — a complex conceived with thought given not just to the space and the product, but to the life experience customers will actually enjoy," a Hyundai E&C official said. "Through The H House at the model home, visitors will be able to see firsthand the new residential experience and brand philosophy that The H proposes."

The H Banpo 124 is set to publish its resident recruitment notice on Nov. 27, formally launching the pre-sale process. Special supply applications will follow on Dec. 7, with first-priority apartment subscriptions on Dec. 8, and the announcement of successful applicants scheduled for Dec. 16.
