The Department of Food and Nutrition at Gwangju University visited Champre, a meat processing company in Buan, North Jeolla Province, on Wednesday to observe food manufacturing processes and HACCP quality control practices. The visit was supported by the university's anchor project unit.
The field trip was organized to help students connect academic knowledge gained in class with real-world food industry operations and to deepen their understanding of food-related companies and job roles.
