GS Engineering & Construction announced Thursday that it hosted "Xi-an Day," inviting Xi apartment residents and their families to Elysian Forest, a corporate garden at Seoul Forest.

The event was designed to let residents experience Xi's landscaped spaces firsthand and create memories in nature.

Xi-an Day is a resident-participation program through which attendees can directly experience the living spaces and lifestyle content that Xi proposes. The series has previously featured programs closely tied to everyday life, including lifestyle lectures and residential space experiences. Held twice a year since last year, this edition marked the fourth installment.

Themed "Our Family Garden Xi Picnic," the event drew strong interest, with more than 2,200 residents signing up through the Xi Home app.

The venue, Elysian Forest at Seoul Forest, was inspired by the Gotjawal forest of Jeju and was designed to preserve existing trees while harmoniously integrating diverse plantings, walking paths and rest areas — embodying Xi's landscaping philosophy. The event featured a landscape docent tour explaining the garden's design intent, as well as a gardening program in which participants planted osmanthus, one of Xi's signature trees. On the lawn, families enjoyed bingo games and a picnic, offering residents a relaxed afternoon.

This year, GS Engineering & Construction has continued to expand opportunities for customers to experience the Xi brand across a range of spaces beyond residential complexes. In May, the company unveiled "House Xi" in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, presenting a vision for the future of residential living, and operated a brand pop-up at Hyundai Department Store's Mokdong branch to build familiarity with local customers.

In addition, to ensure Elysian Forest continues to serve as a lasting green retreat for the public after the expo, GS Engineering & Construction conducted a vegetation and facilities inspection and maintenance session on Oct. 22 together with LF D&L, which participated in creating the garden.

"This year, we have expanded opportunities for customers to directly experience the brand value of Xi through a variety of spaces and programs," a GS Engineering & Construction official said. "We will continue to communicate actively with residents and customers, and strive to deliver the Xi brand philosophy of making everyday life feel special."

Meanwhile, GS Engineering & Construction recently selected three Xi apartment complexes with a high proportion of senior residents and ran a program called "Xi Senior Onboarding" — a training session on how to use Xi Home, the integrated residential service app — for about 500 residents.
