Lee Seung-min and Kim Seon-yeong claimed the men's and women's titles at the 31st Japan Para Open Golf Championship.

Lee won the overall men's title Tuesday at Shinkimitsu Belgreen Country Club (par 72) in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, carding a 3-under-par 69. The first round, originally scheduled for Monday, was canceled due to bad weather, reducing the championship to an 18-hole event.

Lee completed a career grand slam earlier this year by winning all of the world's major para golf majors. The Asian title cemented his standing as the world's top para golfer.

In the women's division, Kim Seon-yeong took the title with a 1-over-par 71. Heo Do-gyeong, competing in the men's field, finished third with a steady even-par round.

The tournament, organized by the Japan Disabled Golf Association, drew 67 players from four countries — South Korea, Japan, the United States and Spain.
