MOU with Hyundai E&C to offer customized interior solutions for residents
Hyundai Livart, a full-service interior company, will join Hyundai Engineering & Construction's "The New House" project as its official interior partner.
The New House project aims to upgrade the exteriors, landscaping, shared facilities and residential amenities of existing apartment complexes to the standard of newly built developments. Unlike full reconstruction or conventional remodeling, work proceeds while residents remain in their homes.
Hyundai Livart signed an MOU with Hyundai E&C for the "The New House common-area and unit-level residential environment improvement" initiative. Under the agreement, the company will develop customized remodeling options tailored to the unit types and lifestyles of residents in participating complexes. For households that opt in, it will provide end-to-end support — from design through construction and after-service — covering kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms and storage areas.
Hyundai Livart also plans to design and propose concepts for the common areas of complexes joining the project, including entrance gates, building exteriors, landscaping, play facilities and shared spaces.
"We will present spatial designs suited to each complex's character and its residents' way of life," a company official said Monday, "and provide customized interior solutions that reflect customers' lifestyles and preferences."
