iM Securities announced Monday that it is launching a public recruitment drive for new hires in 2026.

The company is hiring in two areas: retail sales, covering the Greater Seoul area and the Yeongnam region, and IT.

Anyone who holds or is expected to hold a four-year university degree by March 2027 — or who possesses equivalent qualifications — and is available to begin work from January next year is eligible to apply.

Applicants eligible for veterans' benefits, people with disabilities, holders of finance-related certifications, and those with prior experience at financial institutions, including internships, will receive preferential consideration.

Applications are being accepted through Nov. 8 via the iM Securities recruitment website. The selection process begins with a document screening, followed by an AI competency assessment and first, second and final interviews. Candidates who pass the final round will undergo a three-month probationary period before being converted to full-time employees.

"We have continued recruiting new hires to support the company's sustained growth and realize our future vision," an iM Securities official said. "We hope many talented individuals will take an interest and apply."

iM Securities recently revamped its MTS. The home screen has been reorganized into three tabs — "My Investments," "Today's Market" and "Financial Products" — allowing users to access the information they need by switching tabs directly from the home screen. The company also launched a fractional share trading service this month, enabling customers to buy and sell domestic shares in units of less than one share.
