Chilgok-gun in North Gyeongsang Province announced Monday that it will hold the fifth installment of its Chilgok Academy lecture series, featuring actor Cha In-pyo, on Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. at the Grand Performance Hall of the Chilgok Education and Culture Center.

The event will bring together Cha, pianist Moon A-ram and actor Kang Hee-su for a program blending a lecture, piano performance and a dramatic reading.

The lecture is titled "We Are All Authors of Our Own Stories," carrying the message that everyone is the protagonist of their own life. The event will offer audiences a candid account from Cha, who works as both an actor and a writer.

Organizers hope the evening will give attendees an opportunity to reflect on their own lives and rediscover the meaning and value in their personal stories.

Tickets go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m. through Ticket Link, with a limit of two per person. Those who do not purchase tickets in advance may still attend on a first-come, first-served basis at the door.
