Parata Air announced Tuesday that it will present a best-practice case study on its AMOS aircraft maintenance system at DTOE Conference Seoul 2026, a gathering of global aviation industry professionals. Staff members directly responsible for operating AMOS will take the stage to walk attendees through the operational framework the airline has built since adopting the system and share real-world examples of how it is used.

AMOS is a system developed by Swiss Aviation Software that provides integrated management of aircraft maintenance planning, materials and maintenance records across all maintenance operations. Parata Air launched full operation of AMOS last October and has since embedded the system across its maintenance-related departments, continuously refining the framework through which accumulated data is applied to day-to-day work. The airline has also built a structure that organically links on-site system operations, data management and operational support, making maintenance data easier to access and use.

Building on that foundation, the airline has focused on minimizing maintenance-related delays and cancellations. Its operational reliability rate based on maintenance-related delays and cancellations stood at 99.44% from January through August this year.

At the conference, Parata Air plans to present this operational framework alongside its collaborative approach to system management with frontline staff, as well as case studies on the standardization and practical use of maintenance data.

"We will continue to strengthen our maintenance system and data capabilities in line with the expansion of our fleet and route network," a Parata Air official said.

Parata Air has maintained stable operational performance even as it rapidly expands its routes and fleet, recording the highest on-time rate among domestic carriers in the first half of this year.

According to the September 2026 Monthly Aviation Consumer Report published by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Korea Transport Institute, Parata Air posted a domestic flight delay rate of 8.1% in July — the lowest among the country's 10 domestic carriers. That figure was 9.4 percentage points below the national average domestic delay rate of 17.5% over the same period.
