Lotte Shopping's e-commerce platform Lotte On said Monday that its 30th-anniversary shopping festival, "Onsesang Shopping Festa" (Onshoppe), has drawn strong attention from the outset.
Traffic during the festival's opening stretch — from Tuesday to Saturday — rose 20 percent compared with the same period last year, and new member sign-ups increased 10 percent. A "30 percent point-back" promotion, released daily at 10 a.m. and at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., sold out within one minute of going live each day.
Onshoppe is Lotte On's largest planned event of the year. The platform attributed the strong response to benefits that meaningfully reduce the cost of purchases, including coupon discounts and L.POINT accumulation worth up to 62 percent off.
Lotte On will unveil three point-back products daily through Wednesday, the final day of the festival. Monday's lineup features a Lotte World Green Pass, a Bountiful goose-down comforter and a Nespresso Vertuo machine. The platform is also offering a seven-item "Onshoppe coupon pack" each day, including coupons for discounts of up to 20 percent.
"There is still plenty to enjoy through the last day of the event — from point-back products yet to be revealed to live broadcasts and prize giveaways," said Kim Eun-su, head of Lotte On's brand marketing team. "Shoppers will be able to experience the fun of discovering hidden deals alongside genuinely good value."
