HS Hwasung announced Friday that it is conducting an open recruitment drive for experienced hires in the second half of 2026.

Applications will be accepted through Oct. 25, with the company seeking experienced professionals across four fields: architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering and safety.

Candidates can apply through the HS Hwasung recruitment website.

Positions open for recruitment include site representative, construction, administration and quality roles in the architecture field; construction and administration in civil engineering; facilities and fire safety work in mechanical engineering; and safety management in the safety field.

For architecture roles, site representative candidates must have at least five years of experience as a site representative or 15 or more years of relevant work experience. Construction and quality positions require between five and 20 years of relevant experience along with applicable certifications, while administration roles require between three and 20 years of relevant experience and certifications.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience on general building projects, urban redevelopment projects or Korea Land and Housing Corporation comprehensive evaluation bid sites, as well as those holding a construction technology engineer license.

In civil engineering, the company is seeking candidates with three to 15 years of relevant experience and certifications for construction and administration roles. Those with experience in overseas projects or ancillary civil engineering work on Korea Land and Housing Corporation comprehensive evaluation bid sites will be given preference.

For mechanical engineering, the company is looking for candidates with five to 20 years of experience in facilities and fire safety construction, along with relevant certifications.

In the safety field, candidates must have three to 10 years of safety-related work experience and relevant certifications. Those with experience in construction site safety management will be given preference.

The hiring process will include practical and executive interviews for applicants who pass the document screening stage, with final selections made through a comprehensive evaluation of job expertise and practical competency.
