Korea Ocean Business Corp. announced Wednesday that its 2025 Sustainability Report, published in May, received the platinum rating — the highest honor — in the financial services category at the 2025 LACP Vision Awards, organized by the League of American Communications Professionals.

The LACP Vision Awards is an international competition held annually since 2001 that evaluates corporate communications materials — including annual reports and sustainability reports — submitted by companies, public institutions and nonprofits worldwide. This year's competition drew about 1,000 companies and organizations from more than 20 countries.

The 2025 Sustainability Report scored 99 out of 100 points across eight evaluation categories — message clarity, report structure, messaging for stakeholders, creativity, cover design, first impression, financial information and information accessibility — lifting the corporation's rating one tier above the gold award it received in 2024.

Korea Ocean Business Corp. also ranked 49th in the Worldwide Top 100, which selects the top 100 organizations from all global entries, placing sixth among domestic entrants and second among domestic public institutions.
