Former Bain partner to serve as CCO and head of GTM Center; marketing and operations veteran to oversee domestic and international sales and marketing; vows to strengthen Classys's leadership in global aesthetic medical device market

Classys, a global medical aesthetics platform company, said Tuesday it has created a new chief commercial officer position and appointed Bae Jung-hee, a former partner at Bain & Company, as CCO and head of its GTM (Go to Market) Center.

Classys reorganized its structure following the appointment of CEO Yoon Jun-oh in July to accelerate global expansion with a sharper focus on markets and customers. As part of that restructuring, the company placed its marketing, domestic sales and overseas sales divisions under the GTM Center. Bae will lead the center, consolidating the company's sales and marketing capabilities to drive Classys's global expansion.

Bae graduated from Korea University before working as a systems engineer at LG CNS. She went on to earn an MBA from Harvard Business School and held positions at Monitor Group and Deloitte Consulting before becoming a partner at Bain & Company. There, she led new brand launches, emerging-market entry and expansion, and retail channel design across more than 30 countries. Most recently, she headed Bain's AI and digital strategy practice, spearheading data-driven operational transformation for global clients.

With Bae on board, Classys plans to accelerate entry and growth in key overseas markets — including the Americas, China and Europe — strengthen its leadership in the Korean market, and advance data- and AI-driven GTM operations and marketing, with the aim of reaching its $1 billion sales target for 2030 ahead of schedule.

"My first step will be to quickly visit markets and on-the-ground locations to listen directly to customers and clinics."
