A foot-reading expert has predicted that broadcaster Jeon Hyun-moo will become a building owner before the end of this year.

On Sunday's episode of the KBS2 variety program "Sajangnim Gwineun Dangnaegwi" ("Boss Has Donkey Ears"), three Chinese cuisine chefs — Jeong Ji-seon, Lee Mun-jeong and Shin Gye-suk — met with foot-reading specialist Kim Baek-mun.

Kim said that "a star's feet are predetermined," and named several celebrities whose feet he had read, including former national soccer coach Hwang Seon-hong, soccer star Park Ji-sung, figure skater Kim Yeon-a and comedian Yoo Jae-suk.

Turning to Jeon's feet in particular, Kim called them "peculiar," adding: "They look like they have a lot of athlete's foot, but they are actually quite good feet. I can see a building coming his way before the year is out."

Jeon recently said on MBC's "I Live Alone" that he is currently a regular cast member on nine programs. His annual income was previously estimated at between 3 billion and 4 billion won ($2.94 million) on the Channel A variety show "Heard It Through the Grapevine," factoring in earnings from programs, advertisements and events.

Earlier this year on the same show, Jeon addressed rumors that he holds 60 billion won in assets. "I don't know what basis those reports were written on, but if I had 60 billion won, I wouldn't be working this hard," he said. "It's completely out of the question. It makes no sense."
