Appointments aimed at manufacturing and AX innovation, North America expansion
Hanwha Ocean announced Thursday that it had carried out a round of executive promotions.
The company said it elevated proven talent across research, design, production, project management and support functions as it pursues manufacturing and AX (AI transformation) innovation to strengthen production competitiveness and moves to secure a foothold for future growth through North America market expansion.
The 15 newly promoted executives include six from research, design and production (manufacturing), and nine from project management and support.
"We will further consolidate a management structure centered on global competitiveness by stabilizing the North American manufacturing system and strengthening support functions in line with our global business expansion, while advancing future technology capabilities across all areas — including research, design, production and support — to lead manufacturing and AX innovation," a Hanwha Ocean official said.
The newly promoted executives are as follows:
Kim Yun-ju, Kim Jong-hwa, Kim Hun-min, Nam Byeong-tak, No Dae-gyu, Do Gyu-hwan, Park Jong-min, Park Ho-jeong, Yu Sang-tae, Yun Dong-won, Im Jong-gi, Jeong Hui-jeong, Jo Jim-mo, Choi Myeong-su and Choi Jun-yeong.
