New products 'Nfera S' and 'Nblue 4Season 2' added to coverage
Seven tire models now covered under one-year warranty service
Nexen Tire announced Thursday the launch of its N'CARE premium warranty program, an after-sales service that adds two new products to its list of covered tires.
The N'CARE program is an expanded and restructured version of the previous Nfera Sin premium warranty system, broadening both the range of covered products and consumer benefits. Under the program, customers whose tires are damaged within the one-year warranty period — whether due to user error or a manufacturing defect — are entitled to a one-time replacement with an identical new tire.
The program expands coverage to seven tire models in total, adding the new Nfera S and Nblue 4Season 2 to the five models already covered: the Nfera Supreme, Nfera Supreme S, Nfera Primus AS T1 and two others.
Both newly added tires are compatible with electric vehicles and internal combustion engine vehicles alike, and are designed to deliver performance and safety suited to each product's characteristics. The Nfera S, a high-efficiency all-season tire, offers roughly 14 percent better mileage than its predecessor, improving both economy and durability. The Nblue 4Season 2, an all-weather tire, is built to handle a wide range of road conditions — from wet summer roads to snow-covered winter surfaces. It has also earned the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) certification, a European standard for winter tire performance and safety.
To activate the warranty, customers must purchase four tires of the same pattern for the same vehicle, then register their information and consent to the service through the purchasing dealership within one month of purchase. Customers who buy through Nexen Tire's official online store, Nextlevel, are registered automatically without any additional steps.
Nexen Tire said the program overhaul is part of its broader effort to extend its globally recognized quality competitiveness into the after-sales service domain and to continue strengthening customer-focused service policies.
"By expanding the warranty coverage in line with our new product launches, we aimed to provide customers with an even more robust after-sales service experience," a Nexen Tire official said. "We will continue to place customer trust at the forefront and steadily enhance our differentiated quality and service policies."
Meanwhile, Nexen Tire has been reinforcing its partnerships with global automakers. The company recently began supplying its Roadian GTX as original equipment for the updated hybrid model of Kia's midsize SUV, the Sorento.
