Lotte Department Store's Daegu and Sangin branches will hold a "Lotte Active Week" event from Oct. 1 through Oct. 18, the stores announced Wednesday, ahead of the fall season when leisure activities pick up.

The event is tied to the stores' fall regular sale and offers a range of shopping benefits spanning sports and leisure products as well as men's and women's fashion.

The fall regular sale runs Oct. 1–11 at both the Daegu and Sangin branches, featuring special deals on outdoor goods and men's and women's fashion at each location.

A fashion and outdoor special sale will also be held Oct. 2–8 at both branches.

The Sangin branch will simultaneously run a "Lotte Super Week" featuring The North Face and Discovery, alongside a Hazzys "Men's Fashion Week," at its fourth-floor event space, offering fall apparel at special prices.

The Daegu branch will hold a "Women's Fall Fashion Special," showcasing autumn and winter products from designer brand Choi Bok-ho — which grew out of the Daegu region — as well as She's Miss and Venus.

The Daegu branch will also host a "North Face Super Week" at its second basement-floor event space from Oct. 9–15.

The North Face and The North Face White Label will participate, offering a wide range of fall and winter products — from padded jackets and windbreakers to T-shirts and pants — at special prices.

Customer gift promotions will also run throughout the event. Participating brands in the regular sale will offer discounts of up to 40 percent, and every weekend customers will receive Lotte gift certificates worth 5 to 10 percent of their purchase amount.

"We have prepared special deals and benefits so that local customers can enjoy smart shopping as the fall sports season gets fully underway," said Yu Hyeon-gwon, store manager of Lotte Department Store's Daegu branch.
