Minseo, the daughter of broadcaster Park Myung-soo, has been accepted into the dance creation program at the Korea National University of Arts through early admissions.

On Saturday, Park's wife Han Su-min announced the news on her Instagram. "Our Minseo has finally been admitted to the university she wanted most," she wrote, sharing a screenshot of the acceptance confirmation screen and tagging the post with the dance creation program's hashtag.

"The fruits of nine years of relentless effort since fourth grade in elementary school have finally come," Han wrote. "Minseo worked so hard and diligently throughout Yewon School and Sunhwa Arts High School that she never once missed a scholarship."

She added, "Because her passion for dance is so genuine, I wholeheartedly support Minseo's dream of dancing and creating endlessly. Minseo, pour your heart into every moment of dance just as you have until now. You've worked so hard — I love you, Minseo."

Han also said, "I am sincerely grateful to all the teachers who have helped her grow."

Earlier, in a preview clip for the YouTube channel "Hal Myung-soo" released Friday, Park revealed his anxiety when the production team asked what wish he wanted to come true. "My wish is for my child to get into university," he said. "Sunday is the day the early admissions results come out."

Park visited an auspicious spot that day, writing "my daughter's university acceptance" on a wish slip and praying with both hands clasped, even bowing in prayer. The clip also captured him too nervous to check his phone when the announcement time arrived.

Minseo began studying Korean traditional dance in elementary school and went on to major in it at Yewon School and Sunhwa Arts High School. In 2020, she appeared as a child performer in "N.O.T," a creative dance production by the Seoul Metropolitan Dance Theater.

Park married physician Han Su-min in April 2008, and the couple welcomed their daughter later that year.
