As the Chuseok holiday approaches, more pet owners are choosing to bring their animals along rather than leave them at boarding facilities, spurring hotels to roll out tailored products. Offerings have moved well beyond a simple pet-friendly room to include structured wellness programs managing a dog's physical activity and rest.

Conrad Seoul has launched "Pet Maison," a dog-inclusive room package for the Chuseok holiday. The product targets owners who want to spend the break with their pets rather than drop them off somewhere unfamiliar — a downtown "pet-cation" experience.

Pet Maison combines a hotel stay with a managed daily schedule for the dog, dividing the day into five areas: play, grooming, health care, sleep and meals. The package is built on the idea that a pet owner can only truly rest when their dog is comfortable, and it carefully accounts for each animal's activity level and rest needs.

Each room comes with a pet-dedicated hinoki bathtub and a pet drying room, along with a treadmill and gym ball so dogs can stay active regardless of weather or outdoor conditions. The package also includes a Pet Maison relaxation kit, a pet health juice, a Simmons N32 Jjokkomi pet bed and a nourishing porridge made for dogs.

Conrad Seoul is connected indoors to IFC Mall, which welcomes dogs, and sits a short distance from Yeouido Han River Park.

"This Chuseok, instead of worrying about where to leave your dog, we hope you'll experience a new kind of holiday in the city — one where both your pet and you can rest and enjoy yourselves together," a Conrad Seoul official said.
