Ceragem said Tuesday it will operate experience stores and pop-up shops at department stores and shopping complexes nationwide throughout the Chuseok holiday, aiming to expand its offline customer reach as families head out to shop during the long weekend.

More than 110 Wellounges across the country, along with the Wellstore locations in Yongin Giheung and Sangil and various Wellsclub outlets, will remain open throughout the holiday period except on Chuseok day itself. Visitors can compare and try out Ceragem's key products in person and receive consultations at the stores.

The Wellstore Yongin Giheung location will also host the Pauze M8 Fit "Art on Art Relay" exhibition, a collaboration with emerging artists. Six artists participated, including Noiseo, Gyu Hana, Park No-eul and Kim Yeong-jin.

Pop-up stores will also run at department stores and shopping complexes — at the Garden Stage of Starfield Hanam through Thursday, and at the third-floor event zone of Shinsegae Department Store's Yeongdeungpo branch through Oct. 1. Visitors can try out flagship products including the Master V Collection and the Pauze M Collection at both locations.

Competition among healthcare companies to expand customer touchpoints through offline experience spaces has been intensifying. The hands-on nature of the products means consumers typically need to try them directly to assess their features before making a purchase decision.

"We wanted to make it easy for families to experience a wide range of Ceragem products during the Chuseok holiday — not just at nearby experience stores but also at department stores and other shopping venues," a Ceragem official said. "We have prepared a variety of experiences, including new product trials, consultations and exhibitions."
