North Gyeongsang Technopark has earned recertification as an outstanding public-sector institution in the 2026 Best HRD program, jointly administered by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Personnel Management, achieving the recognition for the third consecutive year. The certification was awarded Thursday.

The Best HRD certification system is a government program that recognizes institutions demonstrating strong commitment to competency-based talent management and employee development. Applicants are evaluated against 22 human resources management indicators worth 400 points and 15 human resources development indicators worth 600 points.

North Gyeongsang Technopark set its HR strategic goals around workforce efficiency and operational innovation to boost productivity, performance- and competency-driven professional development, and organizational stability and cultural integration. The institution was recognized for its overall excellence in human resources management and development through broad efforts aimed at "realizing a sustainable future with growing talent and an innovative organization."

Ha In-seong, president of North Gyeongsang Technopark, said the organization would "become a reliable partner driving regional industrial innovation and corporate growth by nurturing talent with expertise, innovation, collaboration and trustworthiness."
