Early payments to 21 partner companies aimed at strengthening mutual cooperation

IPark Hyundai Development announced Monday that it made early payments totaling 5.3 billion won ($3.83 million) to 21 partner companies ahead of the Chuseok holiday.

The period before major holidays typically sees a concentration of expenditures among partner companies, and early payment gives them greater flexibility in managing cash flow.

"We carried out early payments ahead of Chuseok, as we did for the Lunar New Year, to provide practical support during a period when partner companies face concentrated financial demands," a company official said. "We will continue to strengthen mutual cooperation going forward, not only through financial support but also through initiatives such as our co-prosperity campus."

Meanwhile, the company changed its name from Hyundai Development to IPark Hyundai Development in March to sharpen the competitiveness of its housing brand. Its "Iksan Busong Ipark" residential development recently received the top residential culture service award at The Herald Business's "Home I Want to Live In 2026" ceremony.
