Fine dust levels forecast at 'good' to 'moderate' across all regions

Monday will bring mostly cloudy skies nationwide, with the temperature gap between day and night expected to reach around 15 degrees Celsius in inland areas.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, morning lows on Monday are forecast at 14 to 21 C, with afternoon highs ranging from 24 to 31 C.

Temperatures are expected to remain near seasonal norms for now, but the daily temperature swing in inland regions could widen to between 10 and 15 degrees. Residents should take care of their health during the seasonal transition.

Cloud cover will be widespread across the country on Monday, with skies along the Gangwon Province coast and mountain areas expected to gradually thicken from the evening.

Drivers should also watch for fog during the morning and evening commutes, as reduced visibility could pose traffic hazards.

Dense fog with visibility below 200 meters is forecast in parts of Sejong and inland South Chungcheong Province. Fog reducing visibility to under 1 kilometer is also expected in southern Gyeonggi Province, inland areas of the Chungcheong and Jeolla regions, North Gyeongsang Province and western inland South Gyeongsang Province.

Fine dust levels are forecast to remain in the good to moderate range across all regions.
